This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and i8live1 ("Company", "We", or "Platform"), which operates the website i8live1.pro and all services available therein.

• A valid date of birth

• A valid and active phone number
• Bank account or e-wallet account registered in your own name

Identity Verification (KYC)

Account Security

Members may submit a withdrawal at any time as long as the balance is sufficient and all applicable requirements have been met. Withdrawals are processed automatically and typically completed within 3–15 minutes depending on the chosen method.

Withdrawal Requirements

• Account has completed the KYC verification process
• Destination account must be in the same name as the i8live1 account holder
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp50,000 per transaction
• The balance to be withdrawn must be an active balance (not a bonus balance that has not yet met turnover requirements)
• Not currently under account investigation or suspension

I8live1's Rights Regarding Withdrawals

I8live1 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for additional verification in certain situations, including:

General Betting Terms

• Bets confirmed by the system cannot be changed or cancelled, except under conditions explicitly permitted (such as the available Cash Out feature).
• I8live1 reserves the right to void bets resulting from technical errors, incorrect odds, or force majeure circumstances.
• In the event of a dispute regarding match or game results, the decision of i8live1 is final and binding.
• Bets placed on cancelled matches or events will be voided and the stake returned to the member's account.

Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture:

Both members and i8live1 reserve the right to close an account at any time. However, the procedures and consequences differ depending on the reason for closure.

Closure by Member

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closure, ensure all active balances (excluding bonus balances that have not met turnover requirements) have been withdrawn. Any remaining active balance will be returned after verification.

Closure or Suspension by i8live1

I8live1 reserves the right to close or suspend a member's account — with or without prior notice — under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in this document
• Multiple account ownership
• Bonus or promotional system abuse
• Indication of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
• Providing false information during registration or KYC
• Request from competent legal authorities

I8live1's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total active deposit held in the member's account at the time of the incident.

I8live1 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via platform notifications at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required (e.g., regulatory updates).

Continued use of i8live1 services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your active balance before the changes take effect.
